Orders and Shipping

We typically ship orders with 24 hours of being placed. From time to time we may have an inventory shortage in which case it may take up to one week to ship your order.

Be Selecting the My Account icon at the top, right hand side of the site, you will be directed to the account registration page.

When logged into your account, there is an Addresses section where you can mange your orders.

When your order is shipped, you will receive and email containing the shipment information. You can also track by viewing your order details in the My Account section.

No, we do not store your CC information on our site. Any payment information added during checkout or to the Payment Methods in your account are stored with our payment processor, Braintree (Pay/Pal).

Yes but only if you are not Tax Exempt, ordering from the great state of Texas or if we have meet economic nexus requirements in your state. 

Yes, we will ship our products globally but our online store is only available for buyers in the US. Feel free to contact us if need help with your purchase.

Yes, we accept Purchase Orders and extend Net 30 Terms to all state, local and government agency’s. If your department does not issue PO’s, an email sent from your agency’s domain acknowledging responsibility to pay within 30 days of shipment will be accepted. It is also important that you provide the email address of your accounts payable department during checkout.

 – During checkout select “Net 30 / Purchase order” as the payment method

– Make sure to use the your organization’s billing email address to ensure your invoice is sent to the proper recipient.

Returns and Exchanges

At DetectaChem we strive for 100% customer satisfaction in every aspect of the business. In order to ensure that our customers have the best possible user experience we provide a standard 1 year parts and labor warranty on every product we offer. In the unlikely event that a SEEKER needs to be sent back for repair, the standard warranty includes a 24-48 hour replacement program. At DetectaChem we strive for 100% customer satisfaction in every aspect of the business. We are happy to accept returns on any unopened and undamaged MobileDetect order. If you need to return your order please contact us at sales@detectachem.com and we will issue an RMA  for the return of the product(s). Once the products are received and inspected a full refund (less shipping cost) will be applied.

If the wrong item was received at the fault of DetectChem, we will gladly replace the missing items.

In the event your product arrives damaged, we will replace the damaged goods at our expense. We will however request photos of the product along with the original packaging so we can identify the source of the damage.

Once an RMA# (Return Material Authorization) is issued we will provide you with instructions for returning the material.

If you realize that your order was placed with the incorrect address, please contact us immediately so we can try and intercept the package. If the package has already been delivered you will have to place a new order.

We will work with you to ensure you have the best possible experience shopping with us. If you need to cancel or change your order, just give us a call. If your order has already shipped, you will have to wait fir the order to arrive and request an RMA.

If you had an account in our previous online store, you can log in using the same e-mail address but you will need to create a new password.  You should have received an email with instructions on resetting your password. If you did not receive the message please click the “Forgot your password” link in the log in screen and check for a new email to reset your password. It’s easy! Just select “Net 30 / Purchase Order” at checkout.
