Building Maintenance Technician
Job Overview: Are you a reliable and skilled Building Maintenance Technician? We are always looking for talent that will ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of our facility. This role involves performing general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, cleaning, and other building repairs as needed. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, proactive, and able to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general facility upkeep.

- Ensure the building is clean and well-maintained, including common areas, restrooms, and exterior spaces.

- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and request necessary materials as needed.
- Assist with setting up or moving equipment and furniture when required.

Requirements:
