Building Maintenance Technician
Job Overview: Are you a reliable and skilled Building Maintenance Technician? We are always looking for talent that will ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of our facility. This role involves performing general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, cleaning, and other building repairs as needed. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general facility upkeep.

- Ensure the building is clean and well-maintained, including common areas, restrooms, and exterior spaces.

- Assist with setting up or moving equipment and furniture when required.

Requirements:
