- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general facility upkeep.
- Troubleshoot and fix issues related to plumbing, electrical wiring, light fixtures, and other building systems.
- Ensure the building is clean and well-maintained, including common areas, restrooms, and exterior spaces.
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repairs in a timely manner.
- Inspect the building regularly to identify potential problems and perform preventative maintenance.
- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and request necessary materials as needed.
- Assist with setting up or moving equipment and furniture when required.

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Federal Relations Sales Representative to lead DetectaChem’s sales and relationship development across key U.S. federal agencies. This high-impact role focuses on expanding our presence within the Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Justice (DOJ), Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), and all branches of the U.S. military.
The ideal candidate will possess deep familiarity with federal procurement processes, a strong network within government agencies, and the ability to manage long-cycle sales opportunities with senior-level stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow DetectaChem’s federal government sales pipeline, including direct engagement with procurement officials, program managers, and end-users.
- Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships across federal law enforcement and defense agencies.
- Identify new opportunities for deployments and contracts within federal programs focused on homeland security, counter-narcotics, and threat detection.
- Navigate complex procurement cycles including GSA, IDIQ, BPA, SBIR, and sole-source channels.
